Lemony herb yogurt
Another staple sauce that's always...ALWAYS in my fridge. I put this on EVERYYYYTHING. Weekdays when i'm feeling lazy I love roasting a bunch of vegetables in the oven and eating them with this yogurt. It's also a great to add to your tomato or veggie soup (which I will be adding the recipe to soon). It gives the soup a creaminess I love without all the extra calories of the heavy cream. I also love making crispy seared salmon and plating it with this yogurt. It just elevates and makes every dish fancier than what it really is. This yogurt holds up in the fridge for about a week. Another sauce I love making before the week starts to always have handy. Its healthy, fresh & AMAZING...

Ingredients
1 cup full fat greek yogurt
juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp. caper finely chopped
1/4 cup chopped dill
Salt & pepper
Instructions
Add all your ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir until all ingredients come together. Taste and add salt & pepper to your liking.
