Dirty martini

I feel like the only thing that has kept me sane this year has been this dirty martini. You only need 3 ingredients & it's the perfect way to end the day in my book. One of these and you are feeling veryyyyy good which is also great because I dont want all the sugar and calories from wine. Rather eat my calories than drink them nowadays lol.

DISCLAIMER: bad life decisions will be made if you have more than two. A good friend of mine once told me "Martinis are like boobs. One is not enough, and three is too many." I didn't listen & boy was she right....hahaha.

I love my martinis with gin but feel free to make it with vodka. I also shake my martinis instead of stirring, don't judge me, I'm no bartender but I promise you this will be your new favorite martini! Cheers!


  • 2 oz. gin (Hendricks or monkey 47)

  • 2 oz. dry vermouth (I like Dolin de Chambery brand)

  • .75 oz. olive brine

  • 2-3 olives for garnish


  1. Put your martini glass in the freezer so its nice and cold when your drink is ready. In your big shaker add a handful of ice, gin, vermouth and olive brine. Top it with the smaller shaker and shake for 1 min. (this helps dilute it, if you don't have shakers use a mason jar with a lid #DIY)

  2. Strain your martini right into your super cold martini glass. Garnish with your favorite olives. Preferably cheese stuffed ones.
